The reason the interested in paying for a hyperlink to your high Publicity website is because they understand the value connecting on top of high ranking websites. If they do it right, the price of paying for such privileges can be quickly delivered through greater net exposure.

Reinforcement

Most likely this is the most important point of all.

If it’s been Two years and you still have a PR0, then perhaps you should.
