For a long time, women have been considered the weakest of the sexes just because everyone thinks that were always emotional and extremely expressive. Others even think that we dont have the ability to control our thoughts and how we react to different things and situations that come our way.
Women have been considered weak and inferior to men but these stereotypes are just labels and they cannot hinder you from achieving your goals unless you let them. One of the habits that any woman can do to be mentally and emotionally strong is to focus on a more positive way of thinking especially when trying to achieve a seemingly impossible goal.
Relationships with other people can hurt at times but being a strong woman doesnt mean that you should not drop your guard and cry your heart out. In relation to the previous section, an emotionally strong woman doesnt have to be harder than steel all the time. Most people think that women are overly emotional creatures incapable of controlling their thoughts but the truth is, we are the experts at understanding others especially on a deeper level.
At the same time, such ability to be in touch with our emotions lets us think of better and more realistic ways to take on life and the trials that come with living. Its high time that we proved everyone wrong by achieving what they thought was impossible in the history of womanhood: stand strong and let the world see that we are capable of greater things. Our world is made up of so many incredible women, and so many amazing changes in our world are being made by women who recognize their importance. We are impacting lives in great ways. Today, I want to remind all of us of how strong we are mentally!
Mentally strong women are constantly asking, What else can I fit into my day? This is a good way of thinking, but it is also very important to take breaks, breathe, and not overwhelm ourselves. Chasing our dreams and working to make our powerful thoughts a wonderful reality is my definition of being a go-getter, and it is a great perspective to have in general!
Mentally strong women advocate for themselves and for others by displaying good morality and values in their everyday lives. A mentally strong woman remains respectful when feeling excited and proud. People make mistakes and say hurtful things at times, but a mentally strong woman can overcome the haters by ignoring those comments.
No wonder so many people are struggling just to get through life: we expose ourselves to these seemingly positive messages on the regular and dont realize that they are actually quite negative.
A strong woman doesnt need to know what others are doing in order to make herself feel good. Mentally strong women are able to pick up and go without fear that theyll let themselves down.
Others who let doubt creep in often succumb to thoughts that they arent good enough. My belief is that mentally strong women are able to pick up and do the things they need to do to move forward. I think one of the key traits of a mentally strong woman is that she doesnt get down on herself when things arent going as planned.
When it comes to getting what you want in life and being successful, mentally strong women dont let their brains win the battle. I believe mentally strong women work to build others up because she knows that when others feel good, everyone wins. Mentally strong women dont pay attention to what their competition is doing.
You might think that strong women dont show emotions, but the opposite is true. Strong women know their thoughts and emotions and are able to feel them through in order to learn something from them. They take their time to form an opinion, but once they do, they wont be afraid to stand by it.
Injustice and poor behavior just plain irks them, so if you treat other people with disrespect, theyll call you out and make you look foolish. Strong women know theyre doing amazing things with their life and continue to focus on their dreams and goals. When youre comfortable with who you are and what you offer in the world, you dont feel a need to artificially make yourself better in front of others.
Some people may buy fancy cars and big houses as soon as they reach success, showing everyone just how much money they have in the bank. A strong woman doesnt feel the need to show off her material possessions because shes not trying to impress anyone. Strong women create genuine relationships based on shared histories and fun memories because these are the friendships that truly matter.
Gossiping doesnt feel like time well spent for a truly confident person. Rather than gossiping about people behind their backs, a strong woman focuses on working towards the goals that she has set for herself. A strong woman doesnt want to hang out with toxic or mean people.
Instead, a strong woman makes sure to spend time with people that are just as optimistic as they are. A strong woman wants to focus on their goals, and the best way to do that is to get rid of things that bring you down. Ive recently been taking part in a workshop called Life Journal created by teacher and career coach Jeanette Brown.

She doesnt mess around this workshop will require effort on your part but thats the beauty of it Jeanette has carefully designed it to put YOU in the driving seat of your life.

By Patricia Love , Women’s Empowerment Coach, NLP EFT at PatriciaLove LLC Strong women are overbearing, ruthless, driven, and that other word B______? In reality, a strong, confident woman, is a woman in control of her own life, her money, her business, her relationships., yet she is compassionate, feels hard, and shows emotions.

Confidence is a HUGE part of being mentally strong. Being confident is a great sign of self-love, and it helps us to stay away from comparing. We are happy in our skin and at peace in our minds. Being confident is a great comfort. We can always go the extra mile by sharing our confidence with others, but at the end of the day, being confident is a personal accomplishment.
Our minds want to feel accomplished. Spending time on worthy causes and important matters keeps our minds happy. Mentally strong women are constantly asking, “What else can I fit into my day?” This is a good way of thinking, but it is also very important to take breaks, breathe, and not overwhelm ourselves.
Optimistic & Positive
Mentally strong women see the glass as half full and not half empty. We want to bring good vibes with us everywhere we go. It may not always be possible to display optimism and positivity at all times, but we want to do our best to keep a growth mindset as often as we can. Our brightness greatly impacts our moods and others’ moods as well.
Being a “go-getter” is putting dreams into action. It is envisioning great opportunities in the future. When we envision positive outcomes, we are more likely to achieve those visions. Our minds thrive on creative and critical thinking. Chasing our dreams and working to make our powerful thoughts a wonderful reality is my definition of being a “go-getter,” and it is a great perspective to have in general!
Mentally strong women face their fears, problems, and issues. We tackle them head on, and we do not run away from them. We all run into different fears throughout our lives, but it is how we handle them that will determine if we are being mentally strong. We all have it in us to face our fears, but sometimes we don’t know how to do so. Time is the best solution to this confusion. We shouldn’t have to rush to overcome a fear, but we should definitely start taking steps toward the ultimate goal of overcoming the fear. Slow and steady often wins the race with this one!
Mentally strong women take care of themselves, while also caring for others. It is necessary for us to develop positive relationships with ourselves. We all want to be happy, and I have found that most of us who practice the concept of being kind are the happiest. We feel good about ourselves when we are kind, and others want to be around us when we show kindness. This all falls under the category of caring. We are at our best when we are caring and loving individuals.
Showing pride in ourselves is not always being egotistical. We deserve to feel proud of ourselves and our accomplishments, and we deserve to share our pride. A mentally strong woman remains respectful when feeling excited and proud. They do not feel the need to make others feel less important in the process.
Not Phased By What Other People Say
People make mistakes and say hurtful things at times, but a mentally strong woman can overcome the “haters” by ignoring those comments. Ignoring these messages is difficult, but it is possible. We never want to feel defined by others, so we must learn to not be phased by the negativity that other people might bring into our lives.
True to Yourself
Last but certainly not least, mentally strong women are completely and totally true to themselves. There is no need to change oneself to satisfy others, and we do not need to change to impress others. Showing that we are comfortable with the lives we have been given is a major part of being true to ourselves, and loving our mind goes right along with that comfort.
Strong women don’t overcompensate to impress
Some people may buy fancy cars and big houses as soon as they reach success, showing everyone just how much money they have in the bank.Sure, you may impress people with your things, but you won’t impress them with you.A strong woman doesn’t feel the need to show off her material possessions because she’s not trying to impress anyone. She is already comfortable and secure with herself.Strong women create genuine relationships based on shared histories and fun memories because these are the friendships that truly matter.Superficial ones built off the back off your latest sports car? The moment your car is gone, the friendship is gone, too.
Strong women don’t bother gossiping
Gossiping doesn’t feel like time well spent for a truly confident person. There’s not much point to it, and most of the time, all you’re really doing is talking bad about someone else who can’t defend themselves.A strong person realizes that another person’s private life is none of their business. And when you engage in gossip, all it serves to do is make yourself more judgemental and toxic.A strong woman prefers to be compassionate rather than judgemental.Rather than gossiping about people behind their backs, a strong woman focuses on working towards the goals that she has set for herself.
Don’t Be Afraid
One thing I do want to convey is “Do not be afraid.” What do I mean by that? I mean, many women hold back in becoming confident and strong because of how society has portrayed them. You know the stereotype. “Strong women are overbearing, ruthless, driven, and that other word B______?’ In reality, a strong, confident woman, is a woman in control of her own life, her money, her business, her relationships., yet she is compassionate, feels hard, and shows emotions. This is
It’s The Time Of “The Woman”
Becoming a strong and confident woman is a path that will bring you more fulfillment daily and peace from within. There is no better feeling than being empowered and loving who you are every day. The actions you take today will become a ripple effect on other women and young girls that follow. It is our responsibility to stand up for them, and give them the strength and confidence to stand up for themselves. This is the time of “The Woman.” It’s time you were heard, because you matter. All women’s voices matter.
