Baker is a former research associate at the Brookings Institution. He has served as a consultant and resident scholar for Democrats in the House and Senate.

“In New Hampshire, we are looking at a Bernie-Mayor Pete standoff. But the more interesting story will be who comes in third,” Baker said.
